With LTO enabled, mini U-Boot was hanging during reloc_fdt().
The initial stack pointer was placed too low, and the FDT memcpy
destination was carved only 4KB above it. This left insufficient
margin, causing the FDT copy to overwrite the live early stack
and corrupt execution before relocation.
To fix this, increase the malloc heap from 8KB to 12KB and raise the
initial stack pointer by 4KB. Together these adjustments increase
the separation between the early stack and the FDT region during
the pre-relocation phase, eliminating the overlap and fixing the
hang on mini builds (QSPI/OSPI).

There is no common symbol which mini configurations are using and recent
get_mem_top() changes adding 1.3kB without having a way to remove it.
That's why introduce new symbol which can be used for removing features
which are not requested by these configurations.

Prepare the introduction of the lwIP (lightweight IP) TCP/IP stack by
adding a new net/lwip/ directory and the NET_LWIP symbol. Network
support is either NO_NET, NET (legacy stack) or NET_LWIP. Subsequent
commits will introduce the lwIP code, re-work the NETDEVICE integration
and port some of the NET commands and features to lwIP.
SPL_NET cannot be enabled when NET_LWIP=y. SPL_NET pulls some symbols
that are part of NET (such as arp_init(), arp_timeout_check(),
arp_receive(), net_arp_wait_packet_ip()). lwIP support in SPL may be
added later.
Similarly, DFU_TFTP and FASTBOOT are not compatible with NET_LWIP
because of dependencies on net_loop(), tftp_timeout_ms,
tftp_timeout_count_max and other NET things. Let's add a dependency on
!NET_LWIP for now.
SANDBOX can select NET_LWIP but doing so will currently disable the eth
dm tests as well as the wget tests which have strong dependencies on the
NET code.
Other adjustments to Kconfig files are made to fix "unmet direct
dependencies detected" for USB_FUNCTION_SDP and CMD_FASTBOOT when
the default networking stack is set to NET_LWIP ("default NET_LWIP"
instead of "default NET" in Kconfig).
The networking stack is now a choice between NO_NET,
NET and NET_LWIP. Therefore '# CONFIG_NET is not set' should be
'CONFIG_NO_NET=y'. Adjust the defconfigs accordingly.

The BLK symbol is used both for "we have a block device subsystem
enabled" and "we need to utilize the block device library functions". In
the case of efi_loader, it is the case of "we need to utilize the block
device library", so select rather than depends on it. In turn, also
disable EFI_LOADER on platforms which did not have it on previously due
to a lack of block devices. They can enable it themselves if desired.

As reported by Jonas Karlman this series breaks booting on some AArch64
platforms with common use cases. For now the best path forward is to
revert the series.
This reverts commit 777c28460947371ada40868dc994dfe8537d7115, reversing
changes made to ab3453e7b12daef47b9e91da2a2a3d48615dc6fc.

Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> says:
This series is the culmanation of the current line of refactoring
series. It adjusts pxe to call the booting functionality directly
rather than going through the command-line interface.
With this is is possible to boot using the extlinux bootmeth without
the command line enabled.
It also updates fastboot to do a similar thing.

Create a separate Kconfig option which enables the bootm logic,
separate from the 'bootm' command. This will eventually allow booting
without CMDLINE enabled.
Update boards which disable CMD_BOOTM to disable BOOTM instead, since
CMD_BOOTM now depends on BOOTM

Adding a tiny bit more code for mini u-boot leads to a OCM
image overflow. Fix this by enabling LTO for this board, so that such
changes still can be made to the common U-Boot code.
Enable building mini u-boot image with LTO, which results in about 8KB
reduction in size.

The help for CONFIG_MTD explains that it needs to be enabled for various
things like NAND, etc to be available. It however then doesn't enforce
this dependency and so if you have none of these systems present you
still need to disable a number of options. Fix this by making places
that select/imply one type of flash, but did not do the same, also do
this for "MTD". Make boards which hadn't been enabling MTD already but
need it now, do so. In a few places, disable CONFIG_CMD_MTDPARTS as it
wasn't previously enabled but was now being implied.

The commit eaf6ea6a1dc1 ("Migrate CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to Kconfig using
system-constants.h") moved custom init stack pointer address to Kconfig
which ends up in situation that xilinx_versal_mini_qspi.h is not
needed anymore. That's why remove the file and move defconfigs directly to
xilinx_versal_mini.h configuration.
